We offer a unique format to meet you and your partners needs

Through years of experience working with couples, we’ve found that longer sessions make a big difference. That’s why couples therapy is offered in 90-minute sessions, rather than the standard 50–60 minutes used for individual work. This extra time allows both partners the space to feel seen, heard, and understood—without the pressure of rushing the process.
