A unique 75-minute format gives both partners the space to slow down, share openly, feel heard and practice listening to understand. We support couples in working towards secure attachment, rebuilding trust after betrayal, strengthening communication & conflict resolution skills and discernment about the future.

We use research backed methodology, including Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to deepen the couple’s connection and strengthen communication & understanding.

What to expect

Couples sessions take place in a remote setting.

Each person in the couple receives their own private link to join sessions separately. This allows for comfort, personal space, and the ability to be heard without worrying about staying in the same frame.

Couples Sessions last up to 75 minutes.

We have found that a longer session support each person to be deeply heard and to fully listen to the other.

The frequency and overall timeline of sessions are dependent on the individual couple’s needs and shared goals. Each couple is different and we work to meet your personalized needs.

Insurance does not cover couples therapy. Therefore, all couples sessions are out of pocket. Each session is $150.

In couples therapy, we may work to…

  • Create emotional safety; understand, express, and respond to underlying emotions that drive conflict and disconnection.

  • Deepen emotional intimacy; move from defensiveness to empathy, from distance to connection.

  • Identify negative cycles; recognize the recurring patterns that keep them stuck

  • Create new systems; problem solve together to create a peaceful, balanced daily existence

  • Listen closely, Communicate clearly; improve communication skills to enhance connection and authenticity.

  • Heal attachment wounds

  • Discern if ending the relationship is ultimately the best option.
