Hi! I’m Katie, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker passionate about helping adults find alignment, healing, and well-being.

I've always been deeply curious about the human experience. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I bring a rich background in various human service fields, working across different settings, levels of care, and populations. I’ve developed a passion for helping others quiet the noise and tend to their inner worlds, fostering more aligned relationships, careers, goals, and lifestyles.

I founded Woven as a continuation of the journey of partnering with humans— to walk alongside. It grew from a deep belief that healing happens in relationship, and that we’re not meant to do life alone.
